CISTECH Wins Contract to Supply VoIP Console Solution to Australian Defence Force CISTECH are providing the VoIP solution to Boeing Australia Limited (BAL) for integration into the Royal Australian Air Force's high security component of Project Air 5333 Vigilare Air Defence System. The Vigilare project will provide two new ground-based air defence, command, control, and communication systems at RAAF Base Tindal (Northern Territory) and RAAF Base Williamtown (NSW).
