Country Energy gets Wave System Print E-mail

CISTECH Wins Contract to Provide Voice Operations System for Country Energy

Country Energy manages Australia's largest power supply network covering 95% of NSW (573,000 sq km) and providing electricity to over 840,000 customers. CISTECH provided Stage 1 of the WAVE solution in 2005 with a standalone selcall client and TSoIP device enabling IP voice and selcall across the Country Energy WAN.

Stage 2 of this project will be completed early in 2007 with the commissioning of a WAVE Dispatch client with both a fully integrated selcall GUI and telephony enabling a Virtual Operations Centre to control any radio channel across the entire network from any centre.
