Air Force Deployable Wireless
The Royal Australian Air Force has been delivered the ability to deploy their secure networks over wireless provided by CISTECH Solutions.
The wirelss mesh solution delivers a bolt on capability that requires no integration changes to their existing computing platforms and allows for extended reach of deployable networks at speeds of 24M over a range of 5Km.
The unique requirements of the system meant that the end solution was to operate in a secured mode allowing the transport of Defence Classified material, whilst requiring no changes to be made to the attached parent system.
Using a combination of rugged outdoor access points and unique antennae design based on wave guide theory, the solution has assisted in the rapid deployment of services and subsequently increasing the efficiency of the Air Force to activate their communications capability.
