ICON Custom RoIP Systems - Overview
CISTECH recognise that sometimes the standard console features maybe missing a key function that you need to do business. To meet these needs CISTECH offer a customisation capability to the WAVE software suite which is placed under our ICON ( Integrated Communications Networks) banner. These software extensions can be created to interface to third party devices or to custom designed hardware to complement or complete the systems capabilities.
As a WAVE development partner we have provided extended functions and capabilities to both the Console and the Administrator systems capabilities.
Console
Console Customisation can come in a range of changes from look and feel graphical pages; right through to additional function panels, such as SelCall , FFSK , Radio control, SNMP monitoring and mapping.
Server
Administrator System enhancements normally come in form of additional logging , playback and recording format and additional fields such as Radio Serial ID's , vehicle details and contact details.
Hardware
Hardware may needed to complete the interface requirements be that from a headset or footswitch interface , right through to items like the TSoIP product , Cistech have a proven track record in delivering high quality hardware to augment Standard or Custom systems.
