Information Sharing

Any audio data disclosed in transmissions can be collected and used by other members on your system with whom you are communicating. Our applications cannot prevent the use of any other applications on a device which might include audio and screen recording applications. Users should follow their organization’s information security and privacy protection policies while using our applications.

CISTECH may share your information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena or other legal process; as requested by a governmental or law enforcement authority; or to enforce applicable Terms of Use.  We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or advisable.

As a global company, CISTECH has international sites and users all over the world. Unless restricted by the Contract for applicable law and regulation, the personal information you provide may be collected, transmitted, used, stored and otherwise processed outside of the country where you submitted that information, including jurisdictions that may not have data privacy laws that provide equivalent protection to such laws in your home country. Whenever CISTECH handles personal information, regardless of where this occurs, we take appropriate steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with the relevant Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through this Application.  Applications developed by or on behalf of CISTECH are intended for use by persons age 13 and over or as required by local law. CISTECH does not seek to collect information about children under the age of 13. No information should be submitted using our applications by users under 13 years of age. CISTECH encourages parents to take an active role in their children's use of the Internet and download of applications, and ensure their personal information is not submitted for account registration for this Application.
